For me, strength training was the turning point. It’s how I lost 35kg, gained muscle, and built confidence one workout at a time. It’s not just physical — it changes your mindset. You learn patience, boundaries, and the power of consistency.

About Leesa

Before becoming a trainer, Leesa was just like many of the women she now trains — overwhelmed by diets, confused by fitness advice, and unsure where to start. What changed everything was choosing consistency and strength over quick fixes.

Through her own transformation and experience as a bodybuilder, she learned that real results come from building muscle, fuelling your body, and moving with intention. Now, she helps women create those same life‑changing results through clear guidance, education, and personalised, strength‑based programs.
